[Features of our soft-shelled turtle]
This is a young, healthy soft-shelled turtle raised on coral sand collected from the sea.
The soft-shelled turtles raised in the warm environment of Okinawa grow healthily without heating or medication, and the coral sand laid in the farming ponds has the effect of purifying the water and maintaining a slightly alkaline pH, resulting in meat with little unpleasant flavor.

Cooking method [When heating with hot water]
Heat in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes in the bag before eating.
