[Features of our soft-shelled turtle]
These young, healthy soft-shelled turtles are raised on coral sand collected from the sea. Raised in the warm environment of Okinawa, soft-shelled turtles grow healthily without any additives or medications. Furthermore, the coral sand spread in the farming ponds purifies the water and keeps it slightly alkaline, resulting in meat with a mild flavor.

Contents: 180g (90g noodles x 1 bag, 65g seasoned soft-shelled turtle meat x 1 bag, 25g liquid soup x 1 bag)

Storage method: Avoid direct sunlight and store at room temperature

Ingredients: Noodles: Wheat flour (domestically produced), reduced starch saccharification product, salt/alcohol, sorbitol, kansui (water), pH adjuster (contains wheat)
<Seasoned Soft-shelled Turtle Meat> Soft-shelled Turtle Meat (Okinawa Prefecture), Sake, Flavoring Seasoning, Salt, Starch/Seasoning (Amino Acids, etc.)
<Liquid soup> Pork extract (manufactured in Thailand and Japan), dried bonito extract, salt, lard, sugar, spices/seasonings (amino acids, etc.), pH adjuster, (contains wheat, pork, and soybeans)

Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pot and add the soba noodles. Boil for about 3 minutes, adding water occasionally.

② Place the boiled soba noodles in a colander and drain. Place the retort pouched seasoned soft-shelled turtle meat in boiling water and heat for about 5 minutes.

3. Place the Okinawa soba broth and boiled soba in a bowl, pour in about 270cc of boiling water, mix lightly, and top with the soft-shelled turtle meat.
* Add your favorite vegetables and condiments.
