This product is made from Ryukyu soft-shelled turtles, which are raised in Okinawa's warm climate, cooked in Japanese-style broth.
Ryukyu soft-shelled turtles are young, healthy soft-shelled turtles raised on coral sand collected from the sea.
The soft-shelled turtles are raised in the warm environment of Okinawa, and grow healthy without heating or medication.
Coral sand has the effect of purifying water and keeping it slightly alkaline, so it has a texture that is not too strong.
[How to eat]
Without opening the bag, heat in boiling water in an uncovered pot for about 5 minutes.
After heating, transfer to a serving dish and enjoy as a snack or as a topping for soba noodles, ochazuke, etc.
